Housing Affordability!

According to the National Association of Home Builders, housing affordability rose to a RECORD HIGH during the fourth quarter of 2011.

What does that mean? It means that a home buyer's purchasing power is greater than it ever has been before.

This report indicates that home ownership is within reach of more households than it has been in more than two decades. The biggest hurdle, though, is overly restrictive lending conditions confronting home buyers. However, interest rates are at a historic low - so even though getting a loan may be more difficult - it is sure worth it!
