This is truly a gem of a house - it has never been rented and is in fabulous condition.A custom built home that overlooks the marsh and is only two blocks from the ocean... in the evening you can sit on your back deck and actually hear the ocean breakers! It has maple hardwood floors, solid surface countertops in the kitchen, spacious rooms and so much privacy! There is a new energy efficient tankless water heater and even the garage has been enclosed and there are insulated rooms there as well! Beautiful home, beautiful condition! What a find! The yard and garden are in wonderful condition, too - and the playset can either remain or the owners will move it for the buyer. Hurry before this one gets away!! As of march 16, 2009 This house has a full one year warranty to be given to buyers and a brand new AC/Heating Unit!!!

If you are looking for a loan modification please beware.
As always, when people need help, there are those companies that will tke advantage of them
Mortgages are no different
The SC Department of Consumer Affairs has received complaints on roughly 30 mortgage relief companies, according to The Post and Courier of Charleston, SC
"Foreclosre scams cost homeowners both time and money - two things you cnnot afford to lose when you're fighting to sve your home" said N.C. Attorney General Roy Cooper .
Watch out for companies that charge an upfront fee to help you. Many companies are charging these fees and then doing nothing to help the consumer.
Before you give any company your hard earned money, check with the SC Department of Consumer Affairs or the SC Attorney General's office to check it out.
Several companies to avoid for sure:  Nations Housing Modification Center. Infinity Group Services of Orange County, CA and a New Jersey compan called Hope Now Modifications = all of these are under investigation. Also, beware of those companies trying to catch on to the coattails of the federal government by using the word"federal" in their name.
Be careful - it's your time and money that is at stake!
