This is a beautifully maintained home in one of Charleston's most popular neighborhoods! Present owner had the exterior of home completely redone with hardiplank - so it is very low maintenance! Beautiful moldings in the interior, recessed lighting, gorgeous hardwood floors - master bedroom on the first floor of the house, too! Wonderful, full front porch with plenty of room for seating - enjoy the grand, old oaks on the street! Front entrance hall tastefully opens up into the family room to the right which has a beautifully tiled wood burning fireplace with a lovely wood mantle. To the left of the entrance hall is the formal dining room which is handsomely appointed. This home has been lovingly maintained and is ready to simply move in and enjoy....and at this price it is a terrific opportunity!

10 minutes

Discard tea bags   add sugar and stir until dissolved

Pour into a 1 gallon container

Add  cups of cold water

Serve over ice in a beautiful glass or crystal goblet

And if you REALLY want to make a big hit, add a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lemon or lime - if peaches are in season, add a little slice of peach (only if it is crisp, though  not if it is mushy)

Of course, a touch of vodka wouldn't hurt either!

ENJOY!!
