Here are two tips for you today if you are trying to sell your home!
1. Make sure your kitchen countertops are cleared of as much clutter as possible! Have no more than three appliances on your countertops.
Remove extra items such as knife blocks, phones, and baskets - these will make your countertop look smaller than they really are!
2. Highlight your kitchen's center island. Make it a focal point with greenery such as an orchid or a bowl of fresh fruit! If it is big enough, put some bar stools there and if you don't have an island, and there is plenty of room for one, bring in a portable one to add space.
